If you’re an undergraduate we also give you the option to undertake double degrees in either complementary, or completely different, areas of study.
If you’re interested in postgraduate study you can forge your own path by tailoring coursework and research programs to study subjects both inside and outside your main academic focus area.
MASTER'S ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The following are the admission requirement for MSc. students:
- At the time of registration, you shall be required to produce theoriginal copies of the following documents
- 5 O'Level credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics (WASSCE/GCE, NECO, NABTEB) not more than 2 sitting.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) including transcript. However, we also consider candidates with Second Class lower degree from a recognized university. CGPA must not be lower than 3.0 in relevant fields.
- International Passport (i.e. data page and stamp page)
- Birth certificate of declaration of age
- State of Origin.
PhD ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- O Level Results
- BSc Certificate
- MSc Certificate (with proceed to PhD grade otherwise will be given admission into MPHIL PHD)
- A detailed research proposal
- MSc transcript to be sent confidentially to the Registrar
- Two academic referees sent confidentially to the Director of Studies
All in addition to other supporting credentials like Birth Certificate, Certificates of Membership of Professional Bodies (added advantage), International Passport.
